"Artwork Still Not Received"
I was told it would ship within 10 to 14 business days. Now, after 24 business days (and still waiting), my artwork hasn’t shown up, and customer service hasn’t replied to my last email. I’m left in the dark about whether my piece is on its way or if I’ve just lost my cash. I really want to think this is a trustworthy service and that they’re doing their best, but honestly, this might be my first and last time buying from here.

"Lack of Authenticity Certificate"
I didn’t receive any certificate of authenticity or those signature cards that were mentioned in the description. Feels like I’ve been taken for a ride and lost a few grand.

"Packaging was a mess, pieces arrived a bit damaged with no protection."
I wasn't too pleased with how the packages were delivered. I really dig the idea, but the packaging needs a serious upgrade to safeguard the art. When I shop from other online art sellers, the pieces come nicely mounted and framed, with the edges protected and a certificate all taped up at the back. This order felt like it was just tossed together. There was no care or appreciation for the artwork.

Placing an order for delivery to France was a breeze. The items showed up promptly, and even though the package was opened, everything was intact. Those Miro cushions? Absolutely stunning!

"Lacking Signatures and Certificates"
The delivery went smoothly, but I'm missing the authenticity certificates and signatures. Plus, the photo sizes are off; there's a big white margin that makes the pictures look smaller than what was described.

"Awesome support from the team"
Shopping online can sometimes make you think there ain't any real people to help if you run into issues, but that's just a misconception. Their support was fantastic—fast, friendly, and really effective. It's nice to realize you're not on your own.

"Artwork came in perfect shape"
This was my initial buy from Artspace, and I’m really pleased with how the team communicated and provided service. The item I got is a limited edition photo that I had framed as well. I’m satisfied with the framing; it’s top-notch quality and done to conservation standards.

"Artspace: Stunning and Trustworthy!"
I'm really happy with the artwork I got from Artspace! I'd suggest creating a cutout of the dimensions provided so you can visualize where you want to place it. That's my biggest concern when purchasing art online.

"Exceeded My Expectations!"
I recently purchased my first piece of art from Artspace, and I couldn't be happier to have a signed, original piece in my home. How did I come across it? I spotted it in one of their newsletters that I had subscribed to. It fit perfectly in one of the rooms I'm working on. I'm pleased to report that the whole buying process was a breeze, and I even managed to get the artwork framed, so it was all set to hang as soon as it arrived. Plus, the care taken in shipping was impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Artspace. Exceeded my expectations!

I reached out to Artspace about a particular piece of art I had my heart set on, but I was a bit lost on how to track it down. They not only located it for me, but they did it in no time at all. I'm super happy with the artwork, and I'm definitely coming back for more.

"Amazing Journey with Artspace"
I teamed up with an art consultant to purchase a sculpture. Unsure about my exact preferences, I shared my overall style and budget, and based on that, she curated an awesome selection for me to check out. I ended up choosing a piece from that selection, and it showed up pretty quickly after I placed my order. She kept in touch regularly during the whole process and made me feel like a VIP. My time on the site and collaborating with an advisor was so fantastic that I’m definitely gonna keep collecting more art through Artspace!

"Pleasant shopping experience"
